our process

We prefer to receive orders at least a week before the planned event - this gives us the time to ask you everything we would need to know, in order to prepare a delicious, memorable cake for your special occasion. Our cakes don't just look good, they taste great too - light and sweet. We have gluten free option as well, and you may discuss any other dietary requirements with us before hand! We make our cakes with real ingredients, from scratch - with a lot of attention given to detail.

I have had the pleasure of experiencing Adele’s delicious cakes on 3 different special occasions. Adele brings a special joy to people through her cakes as they come to life with characters, edible stencils, memories, and so many things that make the cake special to the person celebrating. Adele’s secret sauce fondant is to die for, not sweet at all, I never liked fondant until I tried hers. Adele not only makes the outside look amazing, the inside of her cakes is layers of delicious goodness, and always has her decretive flare added too. If you are looking for a cake for any event, I would highly recommend Adele, she is the best cake lady hands down.

I had two problems with my daughters Narwhal cake that Adele made for her birthday. One.. it was extremely hard to cut into because it was so beautifully done! And two I couldn’t stop eating the delicious vanilla cake with raspberry layers. Adele really went above and beyond with my daughters cake, It was the jaw dropping moment of her birthday. I can not wait to see what Adele comes up with for my wedding cake.

I had the lucky privilege of having one of Adeles cakes baked for me for my 40th birthday. It was so beautifully decorated that I did not want to eat it! Adele really pays attention to all of the fine details and creates a gorgeous looking masterpiece of a cake. Who was I kidding though, I ate the cake! It was just the right texture and oh so very flavourful! Even the fondant was to die for! I recommend Adele for all of your cake baking needs!!

I usually am not a fan of fondant but Adele’s is the best I’ve ever had. It has the best texture and taste. Her cakes are so beautiful that you feel bad cutting into it. She puts a lot of effort into personalizing each cake to her customer. Adele is very creative and so talented. Thank you Adele for pouring so much love into such a delicious and pretty cake.
